Among the growing body of scientific research backing the X-Lung is a constant stream of personal testimonies from amature and professional athletes. Here a user gives his personal experience of the benefits of the X-Lung.
“I am competitive age-group triathlete in my late 40’s and am still looking for ways to achieve personal bests in the three disciplines. Some of us throw money at the latest technology in bikes and shoes that claim a 6% advantage. We follow a rigorous training regime pushing of physical bodies further and harder. What we have all forgotten or taken for granted is the source or fuel that powers our engine – the lungs, and more specifically, the physiological absorption of oxygen into the bloodstream and ultimately to the muscle to make the work more efficiently.
Enter the X-Lung, and non-invasive, natural device that I can use outside of my training regime, whether this is in the car, at the office or sitting watching TV. I see it as not only training the lungs, but with the claimed magnetic effect, that my performance will naturally improve. Sceptically I followed a relatively disciplined 4 week program, the first two weeks without the resistor and then with it.
After the first two weeks I could already feel more comfortable in my running and in recovery. The ultimate test was in a 5km Time Trial, which despite my mid-level of fitness, I was still able to run it in under 20 minutes, with a noticeably improved recovery.
I would highly recommend every athlete of any level, rather spend money on a X-lung than on the latest pair of shoes. You will feel the difference.
